Treetops Condominium is located in the Khao Pratumnak neighborhood of Pattaya, Thailand. The developer’s concept is garden living within a beach urban environment.  In response to the concept, the architectural massing design of the Treetops condominium tower is courtyard shaped and 12 floors offering units sea views, mountain views and private internal court views.  Large tropical planted garden spaces and pools at the ground floor and rooftop deck provide a breath of green living and a healthy environment.

The Treetops Sales office concept design follows the building concept and is conceived as a garden building with a small inner courtyard.  The two functional elements are massed as two separate volumes of different heights at each end of the inner court. Arrival is through a stone and garden terrace facing the sea.  The steel column frame and roof structure is visually light and open, inspired by the Case Study houses of the American 1950’s. Cladding the light steel frame is a garden façade of horizontal steel blades, compositional regular and rhythmically spaced like venetian blinds or Japanese screening, they hold and define tropical plants cascading from the roof and growing from the ground level.  The gallery spaces and sales gallery are of sustainable timber walls, concrete floors and insulated glass panels.  The second floor garden terrace offer buyers an opportunity to experience the sea view.
